  • Generated more than 400 media placements in 2023; more than 450  media placements in 2024; and hit a record in media placements in 2025. Media include both Portuguese and International,  such as including Condé Nast Traveller, Forbes, Elle Decor, Travel + Leisure, GQ Brasil, Elle Brasil, Forbes US, Robb Report, The Telegraph, etc.
  • Increased Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon social media following in 10%, only in 2025; 
  • Increased on performance on site visits in 2025,  by successfully implementing Digital Marketing tactics: combining Cross Network Campaigns (Performance Max (Pmax) - Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube, Discover, Gmail); with Paid Search (SEO); And Natural Search making the biggest contributions. 
  • Repositioned Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon as the city’s only urban resort, launched its outdoor pool, and secured coverage of the renovated rooms in premier international and Portuguese media.
